Sales in real estate technology on the Spanish market, with a base salary + %% of deals + stock option in the company.
Acquire new B2B customers (real estate agents and investors), increase number of leads and report customer feedback to improve the product.
- Outbound sales through cold calling & cold emailing;
- Acquire new B2B customers (real estate agents and investors) in Spain;
- Create client accounts and support them in the registration process;
- Help clients to convert from “Sign-up” to “Test account” to “Pay”;
- First point of contact – assist all client requests that range from account issues, new features, and generic questions;
- Provide training to new or existing clients on how to use the platform;
- Create and update FAQs;
- Analyse and organize metrics of user engagement.
- Native in Spanish;
- Conversational level of English;
- Living in or open to relocating to Lisbon;
- 1+ years of experience in sales;
- Exceptionally ambitious and hungry for success;
- Autonomous with good organisation skills;
- Ability to deliver a data-driven pitch and explain complex concepts in a simple manner;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Autonomous, self-driven, strong growth mindset;
- Energetic and personable.
