  • assist our accountant with the preparation and execution of payments, handling of incoming invoices and travel expenses
  • clarify open items and be in charge of the petty cash
  • use your strong organizational skills and lend a hand wherever it is needed
  • take care of the daily office work

You are:

  • experienced in customer service, office management or accounting, ideally with knowledge in Salesforce
  • hands-on, proactive and independent
  • a fan of good writing skills
  • keen to learn new things
  • structured and you have a get-things-done mentality
  • able to master new challenges every day
  • a team-player
  • fluent in Portuguese and able to speak and correspond in English
