Job Description:

  • Coordinate integration process of new employees;
  • Post job offers, filter, select and validate the received applications;
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates;
  • Support employees throughout the HR life cycle: Contracts, promotion letters, exit process, informing on health insurance and social security;
  • Provides HR support and advice to management and employees;
  • Executes and advises on key HR areas like payroll, benefits, personnel files, labor conditions and social law;
  • HR database management: Maintain employee files and mandatory documentation updated;
  • Report to HR Director and ensure data quality.

Job Requirements:

  • Master degree in Human Resources Management (mandatory);
  • 1-2 years of relevant HR experience (not mandatory);
  • Solid knowledge of Employee Relations and Portuguese Employment Law;
  • Competent with the full range of MS Office;
  • Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);
  • Capable to work with a wide range of people and cultural backgrounds.
