The Talent Recruiter will be primarily responsible for the execution of Stratio’s hiring plan according to the staffing needs identified, including:

  • Screening resumes
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Performing reference and background checks
  • Making recommendations to company hiring managers
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Communicating company information and benefits during screening process
  • Managing and improving the process of integration for new employees
  • Developing and keeping job descriptions up to date
  • Serving as a liaison with employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity
  • Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees

The Talent Recruiter will support the fast growth of a dynamic team and will report directly to the Head of HR, working in close contact with Stratio’s management team, with a key role on the identification and attraction of new talent.

Requirements

  • +5 years of proven experience in technical recruiting roles, ideally in a high-growth environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High organization skills with the capacity to manage the recruiting process according to company priorities
  • Persistent and able to work in fast-paced environment: focused on search, screen, select and close on candidates efficiently
  • Professional fluency in English and Portuguese. Other languages are considered a plus
  • Experience in international environments (preferentially)
