  • Collaborate with product management on strategic joint initiatives that support product adoption and customer success;
  • Synthesize the “Voice of Customer” (product feedback) received from customers and on-site colleagues to share with Product Management;
  • Collaborate with product managers to influence the product roadmap;
  • Customer Success Programs Design and Development;
  • Support marketing activities and go-to market strategy;
  • Lead subscriptions renewals process in a portfolio of clients.

What is expected of me?

  • Degree in Management or equivalent;
  • 1-2 years of work experience;
  • Excellent communication skills: on-site, on the phone and through writing;
  • Ability to work in team, plan activities and showcase products;
  • Dynamism and results oriented;
  • English proficiency (required) and driver’s license.
