Customer Care Advisor – UK Market (m/f)
Our Customer Support Advisors are responsible for addressing Customers’ technical requests while delivering outstanding customer service.
Your main responsibilities are related with troubleshooting issues related with technical equipment and if needed escalate them to the appropriate level.
Therefore, is truly important to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
You should be a native or fluent English speaker (mandatory) and client oriented with great communication skills. If you have experience in contact centre it would be a plus but the most important thing is to be flexible, stress resilient and team player.
