Degree in Human Resources Management, Management or related field;
At least 1 year of experience in specialized recruitment or Executive Search managing recruitment cycle (understand the profiles with the Managers, sourcing, performing the first pre-screening interview, and present the Candidates to the German Office);
Ideally understanding of Life Science profiles;
Advanced or Native in German and English (mandatory).
Integration in a solid and dynamic team;
