As Business Development Manager (Portuguese Market) you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling mobile advertising & programmatic solutions to top-tier advertisers & agencies. The Business Development Manager (Portuguese Market) will work closely with the Managing Director Portugal in driving sales. This role requires an individual with deep relationships among the digital advertising community on both sides, planning and buying, as well as strong client management and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Core responsibility is to generate digital advertising revenue through new and existing relationships at the agency and client level
  • Set and meet quarterly and annual revenue and gross profit market targets. Develop strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals on all key service vertical
  • All candidates are required to think strategically and explore the business needs of clients in order to provide options and customized mobile advertising solutions
  • Develop relationships at all levels within the advertising / media agencies committed to the mobile space
  • Proactively prospect, qualify, grow & maintain a named account list
  • Able to learn in depth the specifics of mobile advertising and within our own solutions to be able to work as a consultant for agencies and brands to collaborate for the best strategy for each campaign
  • Collaborate with Mobyd/YDigital Media internal teams to ensure campaign success
  • Represent Mobyd/YDigital Media at Marketing & Advertising events
  • Contribute to the company’s strategy, marketing collateral, core pitches & case studies


  • Degree in Management/ Economics / Communication / Marketing or related field of studies
  • At least 5 years of experience of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions and proven track record of sales achievements
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Great social skills, self-motivated, good organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines and results
  • Experience negotiating or working with advertising
