We are looking for a Technical Service Manager to work in a very interesting project with one of our clients in Lisbon.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Technical Service Manager will assume the responsibility for building and empowering services within IT Dept. The daily tasks will include defining and applying ITIL principles toghether with the company’s IT standards to services.

The role involves a collaboration in a virtual and dynamic environment speaking mostly english. The person will also be responsible for writing functional and technical documentation and mapping IT processes as Demand, Incident, Capacity, Release Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree and over 3 years of experience as a functional analyst/service manager;
  • Experience in ITIL, building and designing/defining IT services;
  • Identity and access to a management experience.

SKILLS:

  • Good English skills both written and orally;
  • Solid communicator on engineer and management level;
  • Self-motivated, problem solver;
  • Good level of presentation skills (verbal and written);
  • Capability to think in different solutions and approach problem in innovate manners.
