The candidates for 3rd level ATM support should have:
- Service Desk Expert for 3rd level support to ATMs to the Swedish and Danish markets
- Minimum 5 years of support to ATMs
- Very experienced technically in ATM´s knowledge, mainly Diebold/Nixdorf(Brand) and some knowledge of NCR(brand)
- A easy to handle person, that likes to work in a Team.
- Someone who can stay away sometimes for training abroad.
- Can work between 7:00 till 16:00
- Good English level written and spoken
