Key responsibilities:

  • Create and implement digital content strategy (Website, Email and Social Platforms) aligned with UNICEF’s communication plan
  • Ensure digital brand consistency across platforms
  • Manage and monitor UNICEF’s social media platforms – Facebook, Youtube, Instagram and Twitter – ensuring creative, compelling and innovative content creation and adaptation (written, photo and video)
  • Define, implement, test and evaluate digital campaigns in Earned, Owned and Paid media
  • Monitor and optimize website content according to SEO

Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant social/digital role
  • Strategic vision on digital brand development
  • Experience in website management
  • Experience with community management across social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube)
  • Expert knowledge of social monitoring and metrics tools, ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and consequent improvements to digital channels
  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Native Portuguese speaker and fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Passionate about UNICEF work and willingness to work hard and heartily for the benefit of a better world.
