What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone to handle the administrative side of things. You’ll be coordinating with others to make sure all things related to finances, team and our office are in good shape. A college degree in management or administration is a plus, but isn’t required for the right candidate.

You should be able to

  • Be highly organized, and be able to keep track of many small issues and details without loosing track of the big picture
  • Speak and write good English – that’s the language of our clients
  • Feel at home in an informal environment with little hierarchy
  • Be autonomous, and be able to take full ownership of entire processes
  • Work with established processes, but also have the desire and ability to improve those processes
  • Have a working knowledge of administration, finance and human resources
  • Be dynamic and have good interpersonal skills

Your tasks will include

  • Office administration
  • Communication and coordination with clients and suppliers, including accountants (both in Portuguese and in English)
  • Financial administration
  • HR administration
  • Bridge and coordinate with recruitment team
  • Administration of contracts
  • Planning and organization of business trips and company events
  • Handling everyday phone calls and visitors
