Owner Services Account Manager – French Speaker

We have an amazing open plan operations centre based In Paço de Arcos, in the greater Lisbon area. This role is suitable for someone who service-minded, enjoys dynamic team environments and strives for perfection in every customer interaction.


  • Act as the first point of contact between our customers’ and NetJets; managing their travel needs and flight related queries through a number of different communication channels.
  • Manage the relationship with NetJets’ customers, ensuring the service is unique, and personalised and proactive.
  • Provide expert advice the best travel solution with respect to airports and flight restrictions, aircraft performance and other flight related necessities.
  • Work with multiple departments to help to anticipate and escalate any issues in order to plan for and minimise any issues which might affect the customer.

Experience Required

  • Previous experience in customer-facing or account management environments (b2c)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong team player with a can do attitude.
  • Strong professional ethic and service-minded attitude.
  • Persistent with following-up and resilient in the long-term.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and French (additional languages including Italian, Dutch, German, Russian and Spanish are an advantage).
  • University degree preferred with an emphasis in aviation or tourism.
