The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for giving support to the local sales teams and maintaining long-term client relationships, acting as the point of contact for campaign management.


  • Degree in Marketing / Management or similar
  • Solid experience in marketing agencies (3/4 years) as an account manager or business developer, with a customer service approach
  • Able to make decisions under pressure, multi-tasking, and keeping attention to detail
  • Goal oriented and team player
  • Excellent communication, organizing and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Spanish is considered a plus


  • Act as the point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term client relationships
  • Support local sales team
  • Keep track of worldwide forecast
  • Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
  • Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
  • Analyse digital campaigns metrics and success
  • Address client queries and issues effectively and in a timely manner
