Helpdesk requirements:

  • 1 + year of experience in Helpdesk.
  • Ensure Support for users.
  • Provide 1st line support to users (both remote and face-to-face).
  • Provide 2nd line support to the 1st line Support team.
  • Installation and configuration of workstations.
  • Documentation of procedures, tickets and inventory of advanced warehouse.
  • Support to Hardware issues (PCs, Printers, Scanner).
  • Support for network / Wi-Fi / phones / TV issues.
  • Ability to deal with stress and emotional control.
