Our client is an international supplier of service and consulting solutions for environmental and chemical compliance, now recruiting for their Commercial Department. In this position you’ll be the Commercial Manager, doing the following tasks:

  • Identifying new commercial opportunities and developing beneficial proposals;
  • Research and analysis of potential prospects;
  • Generating and following-up leads;
  • Securing meetings and presenting the compliance schemes value proposition to the prospects in the most advantageous way;
  • Overseeing customers relationship in Portugal and lead a small team dedicated to customer care;
  • Support compliance schemes general managers for customers relate topics;
  • Prepare customers information for reporting proposes;
  • Acting as a catalyst for customer satisfaction.

To apply for this job you must:

  • Be graduate in Marketing, Business Management studies or similar (desirable, not a must);
  • 5 years of experience in commercial and sales roles;
  • Proficiency in English (level C as a minimum) and understanding of Spanish (preferential);
  • Computer literacy (email, MS office) and familiar with databases and contact management tools and techniques;
  • Commercial thinking and selling ability
  • Charisma and personal presence
  • Aptitude to deal with conflicts
  • Driven by results with a strong desire to succeed
  • Proven success of developing customer relationships and expectations
  • Presentation & communication skills
  • Financial understanding
