Primary responsisibIiities:

  • Respond to all key technical deliverables of the sales cycles in English and Portuguese i.e. RFPs, RFIs, technical questions.
  • Write documents or presentations to engage customers.
  • Engage with technical equivalents (Architects, Network Admins, CIOs, CTOs, PMs) in customers and prospects to ensure technical validation is assured and requirements are met.
  • Help partners in the sales process providing technical information, preparing demo environments, preparing PoCs (Proof of concepts) and help writing their own proposals
  • Perform live or remote demonstrations of Collab products and services presenting features.
  • Ability to present comfortably to small (1) and large audiences (100s), varying in technical ability.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or master in Computer Science, Electronics or the equivalent.
  • Excellent public presentation skills.
  • Excellent English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
  • Good technical understanding of Microsoft platforms.
  • Familiarity with some of the following areas:
    • Must – Operating Systems (Windows)
    • Should – VoIP (SIP, WebRTC) and Computer networks (LAN, WAN, MPLS, Routing, switching, security)
    • hould – Storage
    • Should – Databases (MS SQL, MySQL, Mongo DB etc)
    • Should – Messaging systems (Exchange, Gmail and/or Domino)

  • Working knowledge related with contact center products/market
