We are looking for a Branch Manager for our new Branch Office in Madeira.
The main responsibilities are:
Organization of team schedules to ensure proper customer service.
Ensure the correct provision of subcontracted service providers (maintenance, cleaning, repair, etc.).
Control operating costs to achieve the targets.
Enhance the cross-selling of services (GPS, higher category, etc.) both personally and encouraging the team to get them.
Assist the customers in operational management (it is considered one more person in the office when organizing schedules).
Ensure the good atmosphere and work climate among employees. Enable their professional development and their level of commitment.
Report to management on the operation, results, incidents and receive the necessary guidelines.
At least 5 years of experience in the Rent a Car business.
Experience as coordinator of another operator will be valued.
It is important the knowledge of the field to understand the details of operation: type of incidents with vehicles, cross-selling system, etc. Sale of industrial products in BtoB and knowledge and / or experience in the logistics sector will be valued, as well as knowledge of distance selling environment (Internet / E-commerce / multi-channel sales) and commercial vocation and customer orientation.
Advanced level of Office Automation.
Fluently English. Other languages will be valued.
