The Graduate, Corporate Support programme includes three, six month rotations in the following areas:
Finance: The Finance team is responsible for measuring and reporting the financial performance of the Bank to both internal and external stakeholders. They oversee the capital usage of the institution and lead the internal strategic planning process towards value creation maximisation within our risk appetite.
Risk: The Risk team ensures the Business are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, ensuring exposed risks are aligned with the Board Risk Appetite and that any unacceptable risk exposures are identified and mitigated, where possible. The area drives key processes optimisation through the identification, monitoring and review of issues impacting operational and regulatory risks.
Operations: The Operations team is key in assisting the Business in achieving its financial, operational, and strategic goals while maintaining efficiency, risk minimization and compliant with all Regulations. The team’s aim is to ensure a strong partnership with all Business and Support departments in order to bring the most value add to the Bank.
You will be completing your final year of a Bachelor or Master Degree or have recently graduated with:
