We would like to integrate a Junior Support/Helpdesk Engineer for the Market Risk department of our banking sector client. The main tasks will be providing efficient technical and functional support to users.
- College Degree in Technology/Computer Science or another area of interest;
- Experience in similar functions (appreciated but not mandatory);
- Experience in Financial markets (appreciated but not mandatory);
- Computers skills (Linux, XML, SQL, etc.);
- Knowledge or experience with ticketing management tools;
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- French is a plus;
- Good soft skills (interpersonal relationship, communication, etc.);
- Motivation and resilience to stress.
