The main goal of the position is to help customers complete the ticket purchase on-line, through advising and counselling by phone, e-mail or chat. The position is located in Madeira.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Contact clients in order to complete their purchase.
- Provide information about sport events.
- Coordinate the ticket expedition with the clubs and their sales offices.
- Facilitate the customer journey in order to complete the sale.
- We are looking for a customer oriented professional, with good communication skills and a helpful mindset.
- 2-3 years experience in a on-line sales department, call center or customer service dept.
- Familiar with excel, internet, emails, in a digital environment.
- Proficiency level of English is mandatory.
