As a member of our European Payroll team, you will liaise with our employees and managers across our Portuguese network, dealing with queries and the day to day payroll process. Supporting the Payroll Lead, you will help to ensure that the payroll is compliant and in line with agreed legislation and payroll timetable. You’ll assist in the resolution of payroll related queries providing excellent communication with key stakeholders including base management teams, unions, works council and HR team. You will also help to drive consistency in quality, complete transactions with speed and accuracy and deliver the best employee experience possible.
