A proven track record scaling and structuring high-growth organizations across multiple geographies and working cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels.
10+ years of relevant experience in “scale-up” management roles, designing core operational processes in service organizations: from recruitment, training and retention of field agents to managing the opening of new customer service sites to resource forecasting and allocation across sites (people and vehicles).
Experience in the geographic expansion planning and managing field teams across multiple (international) locations, ideally in the travel sector.
Experience designing and implementing processes across all functions and levels of high-growth organizations.
Experience building and managing high-performing teams, with a natural leadership attitude that rallies people towards the same goal.
Outstanding at solving complex problems that require logical reasoning and good intuition.
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate key ideas, both verbally and in writing.
Highly organized, independent, and self-motivated; commitment to delivering consistently accurate and high-quality work product.
Able to work in a highly dynamic and international environment.
Perfectly fluent in English (both written and verbal). Knowledge of additional languages a strong plus.
