About you

  • An exceptional track record scaling and structuring full-scope marketing departments at high-growth, consumer-focused companies, covering both online and offline disciplines and in close collaboration with the Product and IT functions.
  • 10+ years relevant experience in fast-growth B2C/E-commerce company, with focus on revenue and customer acquisition optimization, while effectively building/growing brand and products international.
  • Proved knowledge of sales, revenue and pricing optimization.
  • Experience engaging with customers and external partners across geographies and industries, at all levels.
  • 5+ years of experience building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to apply a customer-first focus from positioning development to go-to-market execution.
  • Outstanding at solving complex problems that require logical reasoning and good intuition.
  • A strong written and verbal communicator, with great creativity and emotional intelligence.
  • Highly analytical, quantitative, systematic, organized and with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with ability to take on tasks independently and great team-player.
  • Able to work in a highly dynamic and international environment.
  • Perfectly fluent in English (both written and verbal). Knowledge of additional languages a strong plus.
