We are looking for an energetic Sales Director who will be responsible for B2B sales of our robotic systems and integration projects in the European market.

RoboSavvy develops and sells robots for education and industrial markets including the TUGBOT which stands to revolutionize material handling logistics industry as being the most versatile solution for autonomous carts and pallet indoor logistics, replacing people doing physical labor. It uses the latest AI technology for localization, navigation and fleet management with unparalleled price/performace. Our target clients include Postal service providers and e-commerce warehouse logistics companies.

Experience/Required Skills:

  • At least 5 years experience selling automation products, to international industrial clients
  • Engineering degree
  • Background or understanding of machinery, robotics and innovative automation solutions, terms and standards
  • Confident working with highly-technical robotics engineers
  • Goal oriented, thinks strategically, well organized, able to handle multiple projects / clients at once
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Previous experience working remotely and internationally
  • Must be able to write contracts in English contracts and be experienced in contractual negotiations

Responsibilities:

  • Seeking new business proactively
  • Managing trade show activities and lead tracking
  • Leading complex sales process representing the company’s interests
  • Writing, presenting and negotiating proposals with clients
  • Reporting pipeline and forecast to CEO

Requirements:

  • Ability to Travel continuously
  • Proven track record of turnkey solution international sales
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience in CRM tools
  • European passport

What we offer:

  • Remuneration composed of base salary and quarterly OTE
