Accenture is operating a global Digital Customer Marketing Centre of Excellence for a global Fortune 100 technology company.
- As a Digital Service Centre Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing content on the internet to make sure it adheres to the client’s policies
- Achieve performance objectives and standards to ensure world-class service to the client’s user base
- Provide vital product insights and feedback on digital client product
- Fluent in English and at least one additional language German/Spanish/Italian/Hebrew/Dutch/French/Danish/Swedish/Finnish/Norwegian (C2/Native)
- Required Skills and Experience:
- BA or BS degree in any field considered a plus but not a requirement
- Fluent in the language being hired for
- Understands cultural and socio-political current events of the country(s) represented by the language(s) the candidate is fluent in
- Work experience in marketing, languages or technology
