We, JTM Spain, are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Seafreight or Airfreight operation to our Lisbon office.
Competencies:
- Experienced in the seafreight or airfreight ops
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening and analytical skills
- Previous operational background
- Good understanding of the Trade Lanes both inbound and outbound
- Creative ability pared with a good grasp of operational issues to offer tailor made solutions to customer problems
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Focused, disciplined, driven, team player and a successful closer
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities
- Meet with prospects, offer value propositions and convert such prospects into new customers
- Prepare sales quotations on an on going basis
- Generate overseas leads and follow up on leads received from overseas
Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory and overseas
- Minimum of 3 years previous sales experience within the freight forwarding industry
- Proven track record
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
