You work in collaboration with the entire executive team, you organize the complex and evolving agendas of the entire team. You organize meetings and manage international travel. You check and keep the expense reports and draft correspondence, notes, and meeting report.
Then, in support of the team, you organize the internal and external meetings, you handle the mails and the telephone calls, you participate in the organization of seminars. You participate in the projects and prepare the reports. You are responsible for the administrative management of the team.
This position is based at ALCABIDECHE.
the remuneration is negotiable according to your experience.
You have a management assistant degree or equivalent, you have a first experience in a similar position.
you are rigorous, curious and organized, you know how to adapt to a constantly changing environment. You speak English fluently (speak French would be an asset). We are waiting for your application!
