We are looking for the best Lead Developer to join us. As a key member of our team, you will be required to meet the following opportunities:
- Play a lead role in the development and evolution of product platforms;

- Use the best practices to design and create software with high quality(Documentation, TDD, BDD, CI/CD);
- Show a desire and ability to learn new technologies and share knowledge in asmall-team environment;
- Provide technical leadership on a range of large-scale development and integrationprojects;
- Work with other leads to plan sprints and deliver solutions for business requirements(stories);
- Contribute to platform architecture decisions.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (in English);
- Good software documentation and testing practices;
- Git version control system and workflows;
- Web fundamentals like HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript;
- CSS preprocessors like Sass or LESS and JS-based build tools like Grunt, Gulp, Bower and Webpack;
- Full-stack JavaScript experience ideally including Node.js;
- Proficiency in client side frameworks such as Angular or React;
- Experience developing web apps with responsive/adaptive and progressive enhancement;
- Knowledge of Libraries like jQuery and Backbone.js.
Nice to have:
- Experience delivering advertising projects and campaigns (advertising agency experience is a plus);
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS;
- SEO and analytics;
- Strong sense of design;
- REST API design and development;
- Other server-side languages like PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, and C#;
- Database technologies like MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB;
- Web server technologies like Apache, Nginx, ISS, etc;
- Frameworks related like: Express.js, Ruby on Rails, CakePHP, etc.
