Role Overview:

As a QA/PA at Ethiack, you’ll be instrumental in our quest, focusing on the quality and performance of our backend functionalities. Your contributions will be crucial in enhancing our platform’s reliability and efficiency, in line with our objective to pioneer new benchmarks in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute detailed test cases and test plans to verify the quality and functionality of our product.
Perform thorough functional and performance testing to ensure our application’s resilience and speed.
Collaborate intimately with our development team to pinpoint and rectify issues, ensuring a seamless and secure user experience.
Document and monitor bugs and issues meticulously, facilitating swift resolutions.
Create and refine automated testing scripts to streamline our testing processes, enhancing efficiency and reliability.
Develop and maintain automated testing scripts, namely unit and end-to-end testing.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Python and familiarity with React.
Solid experience in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with a special focus on unit testing and end-to-end (E2E) testing using Playwright.
Experience in automated testing tools and scripting, aimed at optimizing testing procedures.
An understanding of secure coding practices and a background in cybersecurity principles, aligning with our core mission.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup ecosystem.
Fluent in English, with additional languages (especially Portuguese) being a plus.
