Skyhour is looking for smart, energetic and passionate team players to join our customer service and support teams. This team operates from our office in Lisbon and works with all markets – this position specifically, will support english speaking customers.


  • Fluent in spoken and written English (other languages are bonus);
  • Strong organization and execution skills in a multiple task context;
  • Capacity to work under pressure;
  • Great communication skills (face to face, over the phone and in writing);
  • Love for travel, as you will be helping travelers from all around the world;
  • Shift flexibility required to work nights/weekends.

What you will do:

  • Ensure the highest standard of customer service is provided to Skyhour customers.
  • Ensure quality standards are achieved for all customer interactions.
  • Provide customer service support via telephone, email and Chat.
  • Complete diverse tasks according to customer requirements.
  • Identify customer needs and ensure that all requirements are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Take full ownership of all customer issues till resolution.
