Responsible for market research, in order to obtain short-term management contracts, including deals negotiation and closing. Interact with a diverse group of internal and external individuals, at all levels of the organization.

Position is open immediately.

Your Mission:

  • Contact potencial clients, and decision influencers, making use of all tools, such as RNAL, where all short-term licenses are listed. Make sure our CRM, named Pipedrive, is updated on a daily basis.
  • Make sure all required documents during onboarding phase are in order, and in our hands, such as, “caderneta predial”, “comprovativo de inicio de actividade”, short-term license, or inventory, by advising our clients in any relevant administrative aspect;
  • Make sure all operational requirements are in order, and with Lovelystay high quality standards, such as construction works, decoration, interior design, amenities, or others.
  • Coordinate supplier interventions, like professional photo-shoots, or utilities installation;
  • Active participation on formal agreement definition with clients;
  • Develop and maintain filing system, such as creation of new clients and apartments;
  • Answer telephones, take messages, screen and handle routine items;
  • Act and promote new marketing channels, passing over to operations and tecnology department, while and after the agreement is being settled.
  • Actively cooperate on marketing, communication, and public relations initiatives, in order to obtain better and wider brand recognition, and empower company growth.
  • Accomplish an active role on the company strategy, searching for continuous improvement on internal processes, business development, inclusively in other geographic zones.

Your Track Record:

  • Fluent in Portuguese, English is mandatory. French is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, must work well under pressure and with others, and get things done in a timely manner
  • Short-term rental experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook Calendar and Excel
  • Ability and desire to work in a high-calibre, fast-paced, team environment
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Pipedrive is a plus
