As a Manager, you will have the responsibility of:

  • Report to the Head of GM Front Office Lisbon
  • Coordinating all the teams of trader and sales assistants, coaching them in their development
  • Managing the team leaders that lead the different teams, coaching them in their role
  • Promote and enforce the highest standards of client services
  • Ensure full awareness of operational risk and oversee its continuous reduction
  • Continuously search for synergies between all of the teams, within or outside your scope
  • Represent Lisbon Front Office platform in front of worldwide senior management
  • Manage the team growth, actively participating in the recruitment of new joiners
  • Create value added from the Lisbon Front Office platform, leading new initiatives or projects


  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Capital Markets Front Office or related activity
  • A minimum of 5 years managing one or several teams.
  • Previous constant exposure to senior management of your company
  • Sound knowledge of a large part of the instruments/derivatives treated in capital markets
  • Sound knowledge of financial markets and clients globally
  • International experience or working in an international environment is a plus
  • Public speaking experience is a plus


  • Masters’ Degree in a Business, Economics or Engineering School
  • Fluent in English is mandatory
  • Fluent in French is a plus
  • Ability to handle stress and deliver in a timely manner
  • People management and coaching skills
  • Available for travelling at least once per month
