We are looking for an enthusiastic and autonomous professional who’s able to support our local hospitality projects in Porto. We are looking for someone who is not just competent but also a great cultural fit: as you can probably find out, our sales team is very stable and we want someone to stay for a long time with us!

In this role, you’ll be expected to visit clients, establish new partnerships with investors, facilitate the onboarding of new properties, and all in all, support our Business Development Strategy. The nature of this position requires you to be self-motivated and dynamic as you will be working from home, at the office, and in the field, all mixed! You should also be used to working towards targets.

You must be fluent in both Portuguese and English.

Remuneration system:

Base salary: 900€

+ 7.83€ / day in meal allowance

+ transportation allowance

+ competitive commission system (please note that a great part of a Sales’ salary is composed by direct commissions and bonuses resulting of your work so we expect your salary to always stay well above the initial base value)

Role responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads in order to convert potential clients into new partners;
Visit properties, meet and negotiate with clients;
Develop b2b and b2c partnerships with investors, brokers, real estate developers, and international agents in order to establish long-term productive relationships;
Facilitate onboardings of new properties together with the Onboarding Team;
Respect operational guidelines and work together with the hospitality department to find new solutions and develop new markets;
Administer and negotiate contracts and keep all CRM and databases up to date.
Actively participate strategically in the department and company!

Have a degree, preferably in something you enjoyed.
Have experience in a job role where you dealt with clients, either in a sales or account management position – even if we understand that business development is a profile!
Mandatory: Portuguese (fluent/proficient) and English skills (fluent/proficient)
You’re able to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and are used to working towards targets.
Excellent communication skills – a good sales is a good story-teller
Self-motivated: has no problem being self-accountable and reliable to working alone, used to working towards targets and commissions.
Be client-oriented and have inter-disciplinary and inter-department capabilities
Problem-solving mindset, strategical thinking, and research skills (ability to analyze situations, anticipate, identifying, and define problems)
