Do you get excited when thinking about trading companies and connecting the major players in all possible places around the world? In our world buying and selling companies is an everyday event. We talk with Investment Bankers, C-Suite Executives and Fund Managers, and bring them together in 10 conferences across Europe and Asia every year. We aim to host 25 conferences every year, and we are looking for a Campaign Manager, to help us realise that.

We are looking for a Campaign Manager to join the the Private Equity Insights Team based out of Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you would be responsible for our Campaign planning, focusing on creating the best conferences every single time, by creating and executing successful campaigns.

Private Equity Conference is seeking an experienced Campaign Manager who brings digital media knowledge, a love of data, and personal drive and enthusiasm to handle campaign operations for a conference platform. You will be responsible for ensuring successful ticket sales, getting the conferences well attended.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create, monitor, optimize, and report on email campaigns
  • Manage all steps of the campaign setup and implementation
  • Analyze large amounts of client data and build reports for internal stakeholders with
  • recommendations to improve campaign performance
  • Continuously find ways to improve and streamline the operational processes
  • A/B Testing
  • Collect Statistics on all marketing activities
  • Measure conversion rate and connect with Google Analytics
  • Automatise statistics such as OR, CTR, A/B tests, etc. into a sheet
  • Social Media planning and execution
  • Increasing website traffic and amount of leads
  • SEO, SEM, Keyword Planner/Trends

Minimum requirements:

  • Energetic, enthusiastic and dedicated personality
  • Solution driven and result-oriented, with high sense of detail
  • Consider each conference as a project, and be passionate about guiding it to success
  • Have exquisite communication skills and strong focus on structure
  • Be able to work independently and keep sight of the bigger picture
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Resident in Portugal or ready to relocate
  • EU passport, as travel is necessary
  • High work ethic and “whatever it takes” attitude
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Adwords, digital performance, e-commerce, lead generation, affiliate marketing, multi channel digital campaigns and brand development is a plus.

Ideally you..

Have 2-3 years of experience in digital campaign management and analysis at an online company or agency

Are organized, detail oriented, proactive, able to multi-task and manage multiple concurrent responsibilities and requests, and work with a strong sense of urgency
Are a team-oriented, strategic thinker with ability to work independently.
