Support the Key Account Manager in the joint planning business process with the customer to drive profitable growth and to implement the activities that will increase our franchise presence at retail.

  • Translating, organizing and printing OOP´s for show rooms and toy fairs
  • Opening new suppliers
  • Opening new products in the customers’ systems
  • Filling new products and promotional templates for different customers.
  • Maintaining the price list file
  • Updating the SFA software – opening new item, including names in Portuguese
  • Providing sales force with images and videos for catalogues and websites
  • Sending product samples to customers
  • Controlling exclusives per channel.
  • Control and manage the relation with merchandising agency (Christmas).
  • Travel and hotel booking
  • Mail and orders shipping.
  • Preparing and managing VLR/ Employee updates and others calls.
  • Managing of Online Content.
  • Development of the Online channel with customers – feeding content, information, and promotions.
  • Weekly analysis of Shippings / POS by brand/customer
  • Organization and measurement of promotions

Education and Skills:

  • Customer & Results orientation
  • Analytical
  • Autonomy & Flexibility, ability to cope with ever changing parameters,
  • Well organized & Ability to planning & forward thinking as well as managing tight deadlines and time pressure
  • Self- Confidence, maturity, ability to relate to wide range of business partners (licensees, retailers, agencies, colleagues)
  • Software: Microsoft office package + Very agile with Excel
  • Language: Portuguese and English
  • Availability to start in January
