Our customer is a multinational IT company, based in Lisbon, who is seeking to recruit a Senior Recruiter.
- Take ownership of talent acquisition within your focus and drive the hiring lifecycle from requirement capture through the interview process, approval and offering;
- Support the execution of local and global sourcing strategies and promote recruitment best practices as well as knowledge sharing inside the team;
- Support the annual staffing headcount by helping business lines identify their needs and controlling the headcount as positions fulfillment;
- Cooperate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs;
- Guarantee the applicant tracking systems, forecasting, data reports and performance metrics;
- Cooperate with People Operations and Marketing team in order to communicate the Employment Brand.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar;
- At least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter (including recruitment for tech roles);
- Fluent in English;
- Experience cooperating with senior level stakeholders;
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment process, working with a variety of recruitment sources (from job boards to social media) and using ATS;
- Interest and knowledge about the technology area and industry;
- Ability to guarantee quality outputs and to be resilient while working under pressure in a fast-paced, competitive and international environment;
- High ability to communicate and negotiate with different kinds of professionals;
- Eagerness to learn and continues search for innovation.
