The Reporting & Services Lisbon platform is a key component of the Global Human Resources setup. The mission is to support the HR activities through administration roles & processes monitoring, permanent and adhoc reporting with in addition any new processes not already covered by another team. The main challenge is to set up strong processes with high end data quality while keeping flexible and open services for the largest set of demanding clients.

Activities of the R&S team include:

  • Headcount monitoring & reporting (ExCo Dashboard…)
  • Systems administration (SPEAR, MyDev…)
  • Appraisals & 180° processes management
  • Learning & Development support & reporting
  • Micro Processes management (SMPs, JAD…)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible of the EMEA CIB Personal Data Protection and worldwide coordinator

  • Be the referent on all Personal Data Protection matters
  • Animate a PDP community
  • Ensure awareness is kept at the highest level in all territories
  • Coordinate documentation updates and provide direct assistance
  • Support audits (regulators, internal…)
  • Main contact for Group HR
  • Production of dashboards & ad-hoc reporting

Administration of SPEAR (Headcount reporting tool)

  • Manage the headcount information & data quality within SPEAR
  • Back up for the users accesses administration
  • Define the referential (CIB structure, countries & legal entities)
  • Provide support to SPEAR users

Projects

  • Develop and enhance the current processes & services, proposing improvements to better serve our clients
  • Setup and follow up of the project

SKILLS

  • Fluent in English, intermediate in French
  • Experience in Systems administration & support
  • Reporting/consolidation or process management experience
  • Management of large databases
  • Experience in managing multiple projects with consistent quality and timely delivery
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint etc.) package advanced level
  • Skilled relationship builder – ability to work with different stakeholders
  • Sense of confidentiality
