To assist in the growth of the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) operations in Portugal, we are actively seeking for HR Recruiters specialized in Finance and/or IT to join different RPO projects in our clients internal structure.
- Work together with the clients internal teams and hiring managers taking control of the job life-cycle (job marketing, recruitment, selection, onboarding, talent alignment);
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization using different strategies to recruit the right people;
- Identifying future talent needs and proactively recruit and source both junior and senior roles;
- Manage the recruitment process including, interview, assessment, client organization, talent mapping, offer stage, onboarding;
- Use of social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs;
- Guarantee fool control of KPI´s, SLA´s and other related reporting information providing our clients a real client quality experience;
- Engage and guarantee updated feedback to candidates and other stakeholders;
- Provide relevant market information, industry analysis acting as a KOL and a true partner with both clients and candidates.
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar;
- Minimum experience of 2 years in HR Recruitment or HR Consultancy;
- Experience partnering with senior level stakeholders and managing end-to- end recruitment process;
- Fluent in English is mandatory;
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Show resiliency, energy and passionate about people.
