  • Contact with architectural firms to draw up detailed plans for new structures
  • Look for savings opportunities
  • Get goods and services for the best price and value
  • Keep constant communication with providers (Cleaning, maintenance, utilities) to ensure that our needs are correctly prioritized
  • Maintain contact with fire and police departments, and other agencies/ 3º parties’ providers to ensure protection and compliance with codes and regulations
  • Solicit and analyse bids from contractors for repairs, renovations, and maintenance
  • Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance

Required skills:

  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
  • 3 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Availability for travel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
