The Commercial division in Portugal is looking for highly capable/resourceful professionals across Portugal for our needs in specific geographical areas.

The ideal candidate should have self-drive, energetic communication and listening skills, costumer focus, Marketing or Sales experience and the ability to coach and motivate a team.

You should understand the social and cultural characteristics, as well as key community dynamics of the specific geographical area under your responsibility. You must be an EU citizenship or have the right-to-work in Portugal and speak portuguese.


Working in the Reduced Risk Products (RRP) Commercial Deployment department, this person will be responsible for coaching and developing their team, by measuring individual and team performance and ensuring high level of motivation and commitment.

Additionally, the person will have the opportunity to engage in this challenging project, in which he/she can propose new approaches to commercial practices and ways of working in the field.


Coordinate the execution of the Geo Area plan, according to the national Business Plan, ensuring the alignment of external 3rd parties (external Field Sales Force – FSF) and internal stakeholders (Field Sales Force and RRP team), in order to achieve RRP market share and targets.

Liaise and collaborate with all key stakeholders in order to maximize results for the area.

Ensuring that all commercial initiatives in the Geo Area happen with quality and on time by maximizing team and individual performance of the external FSF while meeting business needs.

Activate personal network to identify new opportunities to enter communities.

Ensure that all team members and 3rd parties are fully knowledgeable of the Law, PMI Policies& Practices and the Company Marketing code, and that are complying on their daily business execution.
