Heptasense is a gesture recognition and motion analysis software. It is the first that is agnostic to any device, allowing companies and developers to build disruptive customizable applications, without the need for calibrations nor training procedures. We provide APIs for the main verticals: cameras, motion sensors, touchscreens and muscle signals. Currently, Heptasense is been used by market leaders in the fields of wearables, IoT and automotive.
Responsibilities of a Computer Vision Engineer:
- Developing and improving hand skeleton tracking and gesture recognition using cameras (TOF, RGB, RGB-D) – you will be expected to read the recent relevant literature and work on cutting edge solutions with the best tools for the job;
- Implementing algorithms in real-world environments (server side and on device) – your code will be deployed directly to the infrastructure where it will serve millions of requests;
- Bringing new ideas to the table – we are looking for people who will generate new innovative solutions to our problems, not just modify or tweak the legacy algorithms.
