We are looking for a Marketing Mastermind to become part of the team and build awareness of a new, exciting online first Consumer Packaged Goods, e-commerce currently in stealth mode.

It is a US HQed company, with offices in New York City and Lisbon, Portugal.

We would prefer a candidate who is willing to be a part of the team, with a knowledge in the tech side of things but also willing to add input in operations, hiring, and management. This is a role for someone who wants to be a part of a startup from the ground floor.

Our ideal candidate is experienced as B2B or B2C marketer with experience in lead generation, digital marketing, content creation and engagement strategies. You have a proven track record executing on growth and efficiency improvements across lead generation channels.

You will be driving the voice of the and comunication frequency of the brand.

You will:

  • Work directly with the CEO and develop marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand presence via website, affiliations, influencers strategy & social media
  • Support business development with messaging and materials
  • Top of funnel lead generation
  • Instrument heavily marketing
  • Conduct A/B testing on positioning and brand
  • Work with, and manage, outside communications, marketing, and PR agencies

Key to have:

  • Being able to develop and implement user acquisition and user retention strategies.
  • Statistically background in analyzing marketing data and derive relationships among data.
  • Market research and creatively driven to capture new market opportunities and stories.
  • User study and user need finding.
  • Ability to conduct and summarize user interviews.
  • Have your own growth related blogs.
