Wimdu has the vision, the passion and the drive to succeed and for our Lisbon office, we’re now looking for motivated folks to join our international crew.

We are currently recruiting for a German speaking team manager for our Customer support teams:

Your tasks:

  • You lead a team of up to 20 agents in 24/7 operation
  • Your team is the first contact for our client’s reservations, travel advice and any questions on our platform.
  • You will ensure that your team is always reliably available, responded quickly and highly represents Wimdu quality promise.
  • You work, and guide your team to the claim; the customer comes first and sets you tirelessly for customer satisfaction. At the same time you balance customer and business interests of useful and frees up resources accordingly.
  • And the most interesting part is: You learn to know new people and can contagious them with your enthusiasm for Wimdu and the concept of ‘social Travelling’!

Your Profile:

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in organization, management and motivation of larger customer service teams
  • You live for happy customers, giving everything for the best possible customer experience and you can transfer this feeling to your team
  • You are analytical and can think well in structures and processes. You realize optimization potential and have shown in projects that you can successfully implement innovations
  • In a rapidly growing environment you prove yourself as a stress resistant, flexible and committed. You are a natural team leader.
  • You speak English and German to native level – other languages are a plus
