Reporting to and working in close relationship with the Managing Director – Southern Europe, the candidate will provide 360 degrees support, covering a broad number of administrative, financial, and business development tasks, namely:

  • Yearly budget drafting
  • Monthly budget control
  • Standard and ad hoc reporting to the parent company
  • Payments and invoices’ processing
  • Link with accounting firm
  • Travel administrative and logistic support
  • Support in the business development of rooftop solar projects in Portugal
  • Potential clients’ economic and financial analysis
  • Project analysis based on the company’s financial model (wind and solar)
  • Regulation follow up
  • Solar/wind reports’ analysis and summary
  • Preparation of presentations

Core requirements:

  • University degree in Engineering, Economics or Management (MBA degree will be a plus);
  • Fluency in English (command of French and/or Italian will be a plus);
  • Solid knowledge in financial and strategic analysis (experience in the Renewable Energies’ industry will be a plus);
  • MS Office tools proficiency (Especially Excel, word and powerpoint);
  • Strong communication and analytical skills;
  • Very high versatility (from the performance of the most basic administrative tasks to the skilled use of a complex financial model).

This is an opportunity which will offer the candidate a hands-on approach, unique and all-encompassing experience of working closely with a senior executive in a two-person environment, while being part of an international group, and therefore remotely interfacing with other colleagues abroad, on a daily basis.
