Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Control Administrative and Financial activity of the company;
  • Produce information to support the management control process;
  • Define the policies and practices of treasury and ensure compliance;
  • Search and propose alternative forms of financing;
  • Coordinate the preparation, forecasting and budget control;
  • Ensure relationship with Banking Institutions, as well as regulators and external auditors;
  • Participate in internal projects, according to the guidelines of the Executive Committee.


  • Degree / Master in Finance or Management Accounting;
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in similar functions;
  • High level of IT knowledge (word, excel, access);
  • Fluency in English (mandatory);
  • Capacity of analysis, a sense of rigor and precision;
  • Excellent analytic skills;
  • Good capacity to identify and implement key strategic initiatives;
  • Excellent management skills and dynamics to lead and manage a team;
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal relationship.
