What are we looking for?

Our Talent Acquisition Team provides recruiting and sourcing support to our global company. Working with a dynamic Talent Acquisition team that’s spread between Portugal and the US and hiring managers across four continents, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our ambitious recruitment targets.

In doing this you will be recruiting for a number of international technical and non-tech roles, working on recruitment processes from beginning to end, starting with the kick-off meeting with hiring managers and ending with the offer presentation to the candidate. All of this while ensuring candidates’ have the best possible experience with OutSystems, and maintaining quality delivery while working at speed.

Your main activities as a Senior Recruiter will be:

  • Take ownership of talent acquisition within your focus and drive the hiring lifecycle from requirement capture through the interview process, approval and offering;
  • Work with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs;
  • Help with the annual staffing headcount, helping business lines identify their needs and controlling the headcount as positions are being filled;
  • Help define and execute local and global sourcing strategies;
  • Promote recruitment best practices and knowledge sharing inside the team;
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems, forecasting, data reports and performance metrics
  • Work with the People Operations and Marketing team to communicate Employment Brand.

The ideal candidate must:

  • Be fluent in english, spoken and written;
  • Have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Recruiter (including recruitment for tech roles);
  • Experience partnering with senior level stakeholders and managing end-to- end recruitment process;
  • Experience using ATS and working with a variety of recruitment sources, from job boards to social media;
  • Proven track record working in an international environment;
  • Able to work in fast speed, without compromising quality and attention to detail;
  • Collaborative nature but thrives within a fast-paced and competitive environment;
  • Passionate about technology and able to speak to our technology/ industry
  • Be passionate about people and innovation;
  • Have a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar;
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Show resiliency, energy and eagerness to learn.
