Kelly Search & Selection is recruiting a Business Administrator (M/F), for our client SIEMENS Real Estate – Alfragide, Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer external and internal contracts in the eFMS system
  • Perform the internal administration associated with internal contracts (GOSA).
  • Monitor and record changes in occupancy across all sites.
  • Perform periodic internal and external billing of fixed and variable charges.
  • Administer charging of all variable billing items as necessary during periodic processing.
  • Report and validate data transmitted via interfaces to other reporting systems (KPI)
  • Provide periodic reporting of all contract management activities (Space, vacancy etc).
  • Provide data and validate all transfer of data to subsequent reporting systems (SAP, KPI etc)
  • Upload and maintain all relevant property drawings related to occupancy (e.g. CAD plans).
  • Provide support to LM BA’s on processing of all contract administration related processes.
  • Answer queries on standard data raised by LM BAs.
  • Support the implementation of the SRE BA SC business vision and values.
  • Maintain effective communication within department and extended SRE organization.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Management, Business Administration or similar (preferable);
  • Experience in Contracts management or in Real Estate (mandatory);
  • Fluent in English & French (mandatory);
  • Proficient in Financial Applications (SAP) (preferable);
  • AUTOCAD Experienced (preferable);
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint & Access;
  • Willingness to travel.
