Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading, managing and motivating the team to implement a sales strategy and meet agreed targets.
  • Developing targeted outbound campaigns and working with the team to set up campaigns
  • Searching proactively for new revenue generating opportunities to meet the company targets and following up on new leads and referrals.
  • Develop, update and communicate FAQs, processes and procedures to the team
  • Extract Data, Build and communicate reports that show (individual and team) sales progress on a daily/weekly/monthly and end of year and proactively addressing shortfall on targets due to be achieved
  • Adhering and promoting to the company external or internal customer care policies,procedures, mission, vision and values.
  • Hold regular team meetings, and individual 1-2-1s to promote an open communication and constant feedback to the team.
  • Audit calls, emails and processes to constantly upgrade performance, behaviours and efficiency.


  • Excellent commercial acumen coupled with a business development track record.
  • Ability to drive performances whilst delivering cost effective results Self-motivated, flexible and open to change.
  • Strong planning, organising, reporting and networking skills.
  • An excellent team builder and motivator who will thrive on working closely with the team to achieve challenging but exciting targets.
  • A natural communicator with excellent negotiation, persuasive, presentation and interpersonal skills at all levels.
  • Highly driven with enthusiasm to meet high sales targets and to cope under demanding pressure.
  • Trustworthy, professional and reliable.
  • 1-3 years Experience in managing Inside Sales Teams
    *This position is based in Lisbon and will be reporting to the Bookings Manager.
