Daily Tasks

  • Engage a warm and friendly contact with possible customers
  • Offering support throughout the whole customer journey
  • Work with different platforms to find the optimal solution to our clients
  • Addressing customers via phone, email, and live chat
  • Informing and advising customers on products, services, policies
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding service and product related inquiries
  • Achieving sales objectives and identifying new business opportunities to actively contribute to Indie Campers revenue growth
  • Ensuring the timely resolution of customer requests in accordance with Indie Campers quality standards
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and markets
  • Following up all steps in a sales process, providing regular reports to the sales management team Dynamic pricing management and online reservation platform management

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in an area related to Management, Sales, Communications, Marketing or similar
  • Work experience, or extracurricular activities demonstrating your path, success and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Clairvoyance to make last minute decisions
  • Nice, friendly, and warm personality
  • Driven, responsible, flexible, and collaborative
  • Open to new experiences and ability to focus on customer satisfaction
  • Dedicated team player
  • Full time availability
  • Fluent in English (mandatory) and at least two more of the following languages: Italian, German, French,
  • Dutch, Spanish both written and spoken
